Proton Launches Servis Ihsan MADANI with Affordable Packages and Free 40-Point Safety Checks

Proton has rolled out the ‘Servis Ihsan MADANI’ Service Campaign, a nationwide initiative designed to ease the cost of vehicle ownership while encouraging safer driving habits among Malaysians. The campaign runs from September 11 to November 11, 2025, at all authorised Proton service centres nationwide.
Affordable Service Packages for Proton PIES Models

The campaign offers exclusive fixed-price service packages for owners of Proton’s PIES models – Persona, Iriz, Exora, and Saga. Customers can choose between two options:
- Semi-Synthetic Package at RM145
- Fully Synthetic Package at RM198
Both packages provide savings of up to 30% compared to standard rates, making them more affordable than typical workshop prices.
Free 40-Point Safety Inspection
As part of the promotion, customers will also receive a complimentary 40-point safety inspection. The check covers essential components such as brakes, batteries, wipers, and other critical systems to ensure vehicles remain safe and reliable on the road.
Supporting the Malaysia MADANI Programme

The ‘Servis Ihsan MADANI’ campaign is held in collaboration with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) under the Malaysia MADANI programme. Proton stated that the initiative reflects its commitment to providing meaningful value and care for its customers while supporting the nation’s broader mobility goals.
According to Ainol Azmil Abu Bakar, Proton’s Covering Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the campaign aligns with Proton’s mission to make vehicle ownership more accessible and worry-free. He emphasized that the initiative not only improves affordability but also promotes safety and responsible driving among Malaysians.
Wan Hazran Wan Mustafa, Proton Edar After Sales Director, added that the promotional packages are competitively priced compared to independent workshops. He also highlighted the added value of the free 40-point safety inspection, reinforcing Proton’s dedication to delivering customer satisfaction.
