PRISM+ Launches Care Servicing Plan to Simplify AC Maintenance, Unveils New Model
Home electronics brand PRISM+ has launched its first air conditioner servicing subscription, the PRISM+ Care Servicing Plan. This new service is aimed at PRISM+ air conditioner owners who want consistent, scheduled maintenance at a fixed cost.
Subscribers will receive quarterly servicing that uses FoamJet technology—a method designed for deeper and more hygienic cleaning. In addition to routine servicing, the plan includes free gas top-ups and periodic chemical washes for more thorough maintenance.
There are three subscription options available. The first is a quarterly payment of RM79 per unit. Customers can also opt to pay yearly at RM375, bringing the cost down to RM75 per unit. For those looking for long-term value, PRISM+ also offers upfront multi-year plans starting from RM552 for two years (effective RM69 per unit), with options extending up to seven years.
The PRISM+ Care Servicing Plan is currently available only within the Klang Valley area. However, PRISM+ has announced plans to expand into Johor and Penang, with availability expected to begin from Q4 2025. Subscriptions can now be made via the official PRISM+ website.
PRISM+ Luna Classic
PRISM+ has also introduced a new air conditioner model alongside the servicing plan. The PRISM+ Luna Classic is positioned as a no-frills, affordable option, available in two sizes: 1.0HP and 1.5HP.
The Luna Classic features 4-Way Directional Airflow, allowing both horizontal and vertical swing to evenly distribute air throughout the room. It also includes a multi-layer filtration system made up of Active Carbon, Anion, Vitamin C, and Catechin filters, which help neutralize odours, bacteria, and airborne pollutants.
The unit uses eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and is intended to be a straightforward cooling solution without unnecessary extras.
The PRISM+ Luna Classic air conditioner is available for pre-order starting 1 September 2025. Pricing is set at RM699 for the 1.0HP model and RM849 for the 1.5HP model. Interested customers can place their orders directly on the PRISM+ website.
