Terms & Conditions (ENG)

1. The PriceShop Gifts Back campaign is organised by Price Guide Sdn Bhd (1384222-V) and open to all individual legal residents of Malaysia with a valid identification document, aged 18 years and above as at the start of the campaign period.
2. The PriceShop Gifts Back campaign will commence at 09:00:00 on 27th August 2021 and closes at 23:59:59 on 17th October 2021. Any submission after 23:59:59 on 30th October 2021 will not be entitled to any rebates.
3. Here are the steps to participate in the campaign:
Step 1: Browse PriceShop to find your favorite items and purchase at any PriceShop verified merchant.
Step 2: Write your full name and contact number on your receipt and snap a photo of it.
Step 3: Submit an electronic copy of your receipt via the following form.
( same name as the receipt)
4. The PriceShop Gifts Back campaign is applicable in addition to any ongoing promotions.
5. The 5% rebate is capped at RM50 per receipt and is only valid for product that is listed on PriceShop website.
6. The rebate amount will be credited in the form of Touch n’ Go credits. Kindly ensure the phone number provided is linked to a Touch n’ Go account.
7. Successful applicants will receive the rebate within 7 workings days from submission date.
8. Participation in the campaign is via officially provided form only. All other forms of submission will be disqualified.
9. Price Guide Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request for evidence of the original POP (hardcopy) and the consent including the identification documents for verification, 5% rebate and prize redemption. Failure to produce any of the foregoing documents will not entitled for the 5% rebate and prize forfeiture.
10. Price Guide Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to amend, revoke and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

BONUS Lucky Draw
1. In addition to the 5% rebate, all successful applicants of the 5% rebate will automatically be enrolled into a Bonus Lucky Draw, and stand a chance to win a Macbook Air 2021 (8+256GB) worth RM4,399.
2. The lucky winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces a verifiably random result from the pool of valid Entries received during the campaign period.
3. Selected winner MUST provide the submitted proof of purchase (“POP”) when contacted for verification purposes.
4. The Lucky Draw Winner will be announced on PriceShop social media Facebook page on 18 October 2021. The prize must be claimed at winners’ own expense within sixty (60) days after the Contest Period. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited by PriceShop sixty (60) days after the Contest Period.
5. Price Guide Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
6. By participating in this campaign, the participants agreed to provide their consent to the Price Guide Sdn Bhd to use their personal information and Price Guide Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by Price Guide Sdn Bhd.

Terma & Syarat (BM)

1. Kempen PriceShop Gifts Back dianjurkan oleh Price Guide Sdn Bhd (1384222-V) dan terbuka kepada semua pemastautin sah Malaysia dengan dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah, berumur 18 tahun ke atas pada permulaan tempoh kempen.
2. Kempen PriceShop Gifts Back akan bermula jam 09:00:00 pada 27th Ogos 2021 dan tamat jam 23:59:59 pada 17 Oktober 2021. Sebarang penyertaan selepas jam 23:59:59 pada 17 Oktober 2021 dikira tidak sah.
3. Langkah untuk menyertai kempen:
Langkah 1: Mencari item kegemaran anda di PriceShop dan beli dari mana-mana peniaga di PriceShop.
Langkah 2: Tuliskan nama penuh dan nombor telefon atas resit anda dan and tangkap gambar resit tersebut.
Langkah 3: Hantarkan salinan elektronik resit anda melalui borang berikut.
4. Kempen PriceShop Gifts Back boleh ditebus di samping promosi berterusan yang ditawarkan oleh peniaga.
5. Rebat 5% adalah terhad pada RM50 setiap resit dan hanya sah untuk produk yang disenaraikan di laman web PriceShop.
6. Jumlah rebat akan dikreditkan dalam bentuk kredit Touch n ‘Go. Pastikan nombor telefon yang diberikan dihubungkan ke akaun Touch n ‘Go.
7. Pemohon yang berjaya akan mendapat rebat dalam masa 7 hari bekerja dari hari penyerahan.
8. Penyertaan kempen hanya melalui borang yang disediakan secara rasmi sahaja. Semua bentuk penyerahan lain akan dibatalkan.
9. Price Guide Sdn Bhd berhak untuk meminta bukti resit asal (hardcopy) dan persetujuan termasuk dokumen pengenalan diri untuk pengesahan, rebat 5% dan penebusan hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan sebarang dokumen akan mengakibatkan rebat 5% dan hadiah dilucutkan.
10. Price Guide Sdn Bhd berhak untuk meminda, mencabut dan / atau mengubah Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.

BONUS Lucky Draw
1. Selain rebat 5%, semua pemohon rebat 5% yang berjaya akan secara automatik dimasukkan ke Cabutan Bertuah Bonus, dan berpeluang memenangi sebuah Macbook Air 2021 (8 + 256GB) bernilai RM4,399.
2. Pemenang bertuah akan dipilih secara rawak dengan proses komputer yang menghasilkan hasil rawak daripada penyertaan yang sah diterima dalam tempoh kempen.
3. Pemenang terpilih MESTI memberikan bukti pembelian yang dikemukakan (“POP”) ketika dihubungi untuk tujuan pengesahan.
4. Pemenang Cabutan Bertuah akan diumumkan di laman Facebook media sosial PriceShop pada 18 Oktober 2021. Hadiah mesti dituntut dengan perbelanjaan pemenang dalam tempoh enam puluh (60) hari selepas Tempoh Peraduan. Semua hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dilucutkan oleh PriceShop enam puluh (60) hari selepas Tempoh Peraduan.
5. Price Guide Sdn Bhd berhak untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan nilai yang serupa pada bila-bila masa tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
6. Dengan menyertai kempen ini, para peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan persetujuan mereka kepada Price Guide Sdn Bhd untuk menggunakan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Price Guide Sdn Bhd berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama pemenang dan / atau gambar serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, iklan dan / atau perdagangan tanpa pampasan atau notis lebih lanjut dan setiap peserta tidak berhak membuat tuntutan untuk penggunaan penyertaan mereka oleh Price Guide Sdn Bhd.
