PriceShop’s Copilot+ PC Laptop Buying Guide

By Raymond Saw December 22, 2025

If you’ve been on the hunt for one of those shiny new AI laptops perhaps for work, school or just for yourself, then you’ve come to the right place. We’ve gathered up some of the best laptops with AI that have come out this year, so that you can easily find your next device.

One of the requirements we had when making this list is that we wanted Copilot+ PCs only, so that they can take advantage of Microsoft’s suite of AI tools. As such, they’ll need to meet Microsoft’s hardware requirements, which includes having a powerful NPU, at least 16GB of RAM and at least 256GB of storage. Having all this allows you to use tools like Windows Recall, Cocreator, Live Captions, Click to Do and more. This means you can do things like look for things you’ve forgotten about, get on-screen translations in real time, or simply create fun and creative artwork with the help of AI.

Of course, they’ve got to be a slim and lightweight laptop too, with long battery life an added bonus. Also, if you’re on the hunt for gaming laptops instead, we’re already drafting that up too so stay tuned for more.

ASUS Zenbook A14

There’s perhaps no better laptop to start with than the world’s lightest Copilot+ PC. Starting at just 899g, the ASUS Zenbook A14 is an incredible piece of engineering, with a premium build made of ASUS’ own Ceraluminum—a high-tech material that blends the lightness and durability of aluminum with the anti-scratch properties of ceramic.

Under the hood, it has efficient Snapdragon X series processors, with 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1TB SSD. You’ll also have a 14-inch WUXGA display, with up to an ASUS Lumina OLED panel. On top of being a Copilot+ PC, the Zenbook A14 also features their own in-house ASUS AI suite of software such as StoryCube for AI-powered media management.

Besides just being light and powerful, the Zenbook A14 also boasts incredible battery life, with ASUS rating it for up to 29 hours of use. Combined with how light it is, this is perhaps the best laptop for travel you can get.

Dell XPS 13

The Dell XPS 13 is another lightweight ultraportable laptop in our list. While not as light as the Zenbook A14, it still comes in at a very light 1.17 kg. It packs a Snapdragon X Elite processor, and is available with up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to a 1TB SSD, though the base model will only get you half the RAM and storage.

The base model also comes with a 13.4-inch, FHD InfinityEdge display, with the top end one getting a 3K Tandom OLED panel instead. The chassis here is made of machined aluminum with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and you’ll find the now iconic touch function row above the keyboard. Its 55Wh battery meanwhile will get you up to 27 hours of battery life.

ASUS Zenbook S16

For those looking for larger screen laptops for work, the Zenbook S16 stands out as one of the most premium laptops you can get. Again featuring the exquisite Ceraluminum material, the Zenbook S16 manages to be just 1.1cm thin and 1.5kg light. Considering the fact that this is a 16-inch laptop, those dimensions are pretty impressive.

Under the hood, the Zenbook S16 is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, with 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB SSD. The 16-inch OLED display pushes a 3K resolution, and for a complete audiovisual experience the Zenbook S16 also has a six-speaker setup. There’s also a full array of I/O ports including USB4 (40Gbps) and an SD 4.0 card slot, on top of the latest WiFi 7 wireless connectivity. ASUS AI is of course again present here, with StoryCube to help you efficiently categorise and navigate through your media.

Acer Swift Edge 14 AI

The Swift Edge 14 AI is another ultra premium, ultraportable laptop, this time from Acer. Built using their own take of a magnesium aluminum alloy, the Swift Edge 14 AI comes in at 999g, just shy of a full kilogram. It’s 14-inch OLED display pushes a 3K resolution and has a layer of Corning Gorilla Matte Pro Glass over it for both scratch resistance and an anti-glare finish.

Powering the Swift Edge 14 AI is an Intel Core Ultra 9 288V together with Intel Arc 140V graphics, along with 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1TB SSD. While it’s certainly powerful, all that hardware does mean that it suffers a little bit in battery life, with Acer rating it as good for up to 21 hours of use. Curiously, it has an AI activity indicator on the touchpad too, letting you know that you’re putting your NPU to good use.

ASUS Vivobook S14/16

For something a bit more midrange, the ASUS Vivobook S14/16 is a great everyday laptop for students or for work. While it lacks the ceraluminum finish of its more premium siblings, the Vivobook S series still features a sleek aluminum design, making it durable with a minimalist look to it.

It comes with the ever efficient Snapdragon X series under the hood, with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. They also feature 16:10, FHD+ OLED displays, with your choice between 14- or 16-inch screens. The smaller Vivobook S14 is only 1.35kg light and has up to 30.5 hours of battery life, while the larger Vivobook S16 is just 1.74kg light and has up to 32 hours of battery life.

ASUS Vivobook 14/16

The ASUS Vivobook 14 and 16 stand out as some of the most affordable Copilot+ PC laptops in the market. That’s not particularly surprising though as ASUS has perhaps the widest and most complete range of AI laptops on offer in Malaysia.

For its relatively modest price, you’re still getting plenty though with the same efficient Snapdragon X series processors powering the Vivobook 14 and 16, with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of SSD storage too. That also means that the Vivobook 14 can boast up to 29 hours of battery life, with the Vivobook 16 following closely behind at up to 27 hours of battery life.

There’s a 16:10 WUXGA display too with your choice between the smaller, more portable Vivobook 14 or the larger Vivobook 16. Both options still come with a solid array of I/O ports, with two USB 4 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Type-A, a HDMI 2.1 output and a 3.5mm combo audio jack. And despite being one of their more affordable laptops, ASUS AI software like StoryCube is still present on the Vivobook 14 and 16.

HP ZBook Ultra G1a

For something a bit more focused on taking on AI workflows, the HP ZBook Ultra G1a is a mobile workstation purpose built for the more technical users out there. It launched with CPU options from the AMD Ryzen AI Max 385 up to the Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 395, and theoretically can be kitted out with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 4TB SSD.

The 14-inch display also comes with up to an OLED touchscreen option pushing a 3K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and full coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, though a WUXGA non-touch option with sRGB coverage instead is also possible. Considering the hardware included, the 74.5Whr battery may be a little bit light, though for professionals who need the power it’s certainly an appealing choice.

ASUS ProArt P16

Lastly, we have what is perhaps my favourite laptop on this list. The ProArt P16 is simply one of the best content creator-focused laptops you can get on the Windows side of things, thanks to its flagship AI hardware. We’re talking an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 paired together with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. It also packs an incredible 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a pair of 2TB SSDs, along with ASUS AI powered tools like MuseTree that helps creators with ideation as well as StoryCube for easy media management.

On top of that, the premium ASUS Lumina Pro OLED panel is 16-inches of goodness, with the 4K display capable of up to 1,600 nits of brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate and most crucially has been Pantone Validated for colour accuracy too. All of that is in a chassis that’s only 1.5cm thin and 1.95kg light, making the ProArt P16 one of the best portable content creation workstations you can find today, and possibly one of the best AI PCs out there too.
