Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition: Exclusive Marvel-themed smartphone with limited edition box
On top of launching the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max, Xiaomi also announced the arrival of the limited edition Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition. This special collaboration with Marvel sees the Poco X8 Pro dressed up with Iron Man’s armour, complete with special custom themes and limited edition packaging.
Starting with the phone itself, the Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition gets an all new look inspired by black and gold Iron Man suits. Its sleek metal chassis gets a black base coat accented with shimmering golden streaks, while the flash module acts as the Arc Reactor itself. You’ll also find Tony Stark himself imprinted on the back of the device, with the Iron Man logo across.
On top of that, you’ll also find custom themes from the moment you turn on the Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition, with black and gold app icons and custom fonts everywhere. The box it comes in has also been customised, with a design inspired by Iron Man’s MK5 suit. Opening it up reveals a set of Iron Man-themed accessories, with a protective case, custom-look cable and a Marvel SIM ejector pin.
As for the actual phone itself, it too gets a minor upgrade as it comes with more memory than the stock Poco X8 Pro. The Iron Man Edition comes with a Dimensity 8500-Ultra mated to 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It comes with Android 16 out of the box, skinned with HyperOS 3 over it. You’ll also find a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, capable of a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,500nits peak brightness. As for cameras, there’s a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide and a 20MP selfie shooter, while a 6,500mAh battery keeps the lights on.
The limited edition Poco X8 Pro Iron Man Edition is priced at RM1,899 for its single configuration, though from now till 5 April you can get it for just RM1,699 from the Xiaomi Malaysia website as well as their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
