POCO F7 to Launch on the Global Stage June 24
POCO has officially confirmed the global launch date for the base model POCO F7, scheduled for June 24 at 8PM (GMT+8). This follows the earlier release of the POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra in March, completing the brand’s latest F7 lineup.
While POCO is keeping most of the F7’s details under wraps, the company has begun sharing early hints through its social channels. What’s confirmed so far is that the POCO F7 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset — one of Qualcomm’s newer flagship-tier processors for 2025. Although it doesn’t sit at the very top of the range (that spot belongs to the Snapdragon 8 Elite in the F7 Ultra), it still promises high performance for everyday tasks and gaming.
Also confirmed is the inclusion of POCO’s WildBoost Optimization 4.0, a software feature aimed at improving gaming performance.
Our hands-on experience with the POCO F7 Ultra was one worth shouting about. It proved its mettle in key areas such as performance, cameras, and even aesthetics — all at a price point that firmly stamps its mark as a flagship killer. If the base model POCO F7 follows suit, it could well be the most value-for-money phone of the year. Until then, we’ll have to wait and see what it brings on June 24.
