OPPO reveals the Reno10 Series for Malaysia, available for pre-order immediately
OPPO has today announced the arrival of the Reno10 Series in Malaysia, consisting of the Reno10, Reno10 Pro, and Reno10 Pro Plus. They are priced at RM1,799, RM2,199 and RM3,499 respectively.
The top of the range Reno10 Pro Plus got most of the stage time in the announcement, with OPPO touting the phone as a camera behemoth, being able to capture portrait photos with near professional-like quality.
The Reno10 Pro Plus is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 CPU, and has 12GB of RAM with 256GB internal storage. The screen, which was also spoken about quite extensively, is a 6.7 inch 1240p AMOLED panel, with 120Hz refresh rate and maximum peak brightness of 1,400 nits. It also supports OPPO’s 100W SuperVOOC charging technology.
The middle of the three, the Reno10 Pro, sports a more modest Snapdragon 778G CPU by comparison, but still has 12GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage and a 120Hz refresh rate screen. Its camera systems sport a downgrade over the most premium offering however, with its telephoto lens not having OIS built in. Its charger also gets the 80W variant of SuperVOOC instead of 100W as well.
Finally, there is the Reno10, the most affordable phone in the Reno10 lineup. We’re in proper mid-range territory now, and the onboard processor of MediaTek Dimensity 7050 supports that. Still, the phone is still pretty respectable specs wise, with a 1080p 120Hz screen, as well as 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It also gets a large 5,000 mAh battery, albeit with a 67W charging speed instead.
To recap, the prices of the OPPO Reno10 series are RM1,799 for the Reno10, RM2,199 for the Reno10 Pro and RM3,499 for the Reno10 Pro Plus. Pre-orders are open from today until the 14th of July, with interesting free gifts for early birds, including a 3X complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounge.
