OPPO A6 Pro 5G with Military-Grade Durability Arrives in Malaysia for RM1,199
OPPO Malaysia has officially introduced the OPPO A6 Pro 5G, a new mid-range smartphone that places strong emphasis on durability. Designed for users seeking a more rugged device, the A6 Pro 5G is built with military-grade shock resistance and holds an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The display is a 6.57-inch AMOLED panel offering a Full HD+ resolution of 2372 x 1080, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
Camera-wise, the OPPO A6 Pro 5G comes equipped with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP monochrome lens on the back, while the front features a 16MP selfie camera.
The phone’s standout feature is its large 6,500mAh battery, supported by 80W wired charging. OPPO claims the battery can retain 80% of its capacity even after five years of use. To manage thermals, it includes the SuperCool VC System with a 4,300mm² vapour chamber for heat dissipation.
For audio, the A6 Pro 5G is fitted with dual stereo speakers and an ultra volume mode that can boost sound output up to 300%. The phone is available in two colour options: Coral Pink and Stellar Blue.
The OPPO A6 Pro 5G is priced at RM1,199 in Malaysia. Pre-orders are currently open via OPPO Malaysia’s official website, and the device will be available in stores starting 27 September. Early bird customers will receive complimentary gifts worth RM169, including a gift box, while stocks last.
