Nothing Confirms Phone (3) Will Be Powered By Snapdragon 8s Gen 4

With the Nothing Phone (3) set to launch in a matter of weeks, more official details about Nothing’s first “true flagship” phone are coming through. Today, however, Nothing CEO Carl Pei dropped a big one – the Phone (3) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor, though arguably not as powerful as the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Nevertheless, the 8s Gen 4 will be the most advanced processor to power a Nothing Phone to date.

Speaking on Nothing TV, Carl Pei said, “Compared to Phone (2), it’s going to be 36% faster on CPU, 88% stronger on GPU, and 60% stronger on the NPU.”
Not much else has been revealed so far, with many of its features still under wraps. Leaked renders—and in fact, Nothing themselves—suggest a design overhaul of the rear panels. In one of Nothing’s social posts, the company claimed to have “killed the Glyph Interface.” What that means is still up in the air.
No specific details about pricing have emerged just yet, but Carl Pei did mention back in May that the Phone (3) “will land somewhere around £800.” That’s approximately RM4,500 when converted.
The Nothing Phone (3) will launch globally on 2 July at 1 AM Malaysia Time. Audiences will be able to stream the launch live on Nothing’s official YouTube channel.
