Leaked Price Suggests Nothing’s New Over-Ear Headphones Will Undercut Apple’s AirPods Max

Nothing is getting ready to launch its first-ever over-ear headphones. The company confirmed the product back in May through a short video called “We’re Making Over-Ear Headphones.” While there’s still no official look or full spec list, a recent leak has revealed the possible price.
According to Dealabs, the headphones will retail for £299 in the UK. That works out to around RM1,710 here in Malaysia. The leak also mentions three colour options — black, white, and grey — though these might vary depending on the region.
In the teaser video, Nothing hinted that the headphones are meant to offer high-end performance while staying relatively affordable. The brand seems to be positioning this model as a competitor to the AirPods Max. Whether it can match up remains to be seen.

There’s also some speculation about a tie-in with British audio company KEF. The two brands announced a partnership earlier this year, but it’s not clear if KEF was directly involved in making these headphones.
Nothing is expected to launch the headphones on 1 July alongside the Nothing Phone (3). For Malaysians, the event will take place on 2 July at 1:00AM local time.
