Nintendo Switch 2 Hits 3.5 Million Sales in Four Days

Nintendo has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch 2 sold over 3.5 million units globally within the first four days of its release. This makes it the fastest-selling gaming device in the company’s history. The console was launched worldwide on 5 June 2025.

In the United States, the standard Nintendo Switch 2 is priced at USD 449.99. A bundle including the console and Mario Kart World is available at USD 499.99.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is expected to launch in Southeast Asia between July and September 2025. Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines are scheduled to receive it on 26 June. No specific release date has been confirmed for Malaysia.

Pricing for Malaysia has not been officially announced. However, it is expected to exceed RM2,000 after including shipping and taxes.
