New ‘Lite’ and ‘T’ Models Could Be Coming to Nothing’s Lineup

By Timothy Teoh July 23, 2025

Nothing might be introducing a watered-down version of their flagship phones to their lineup. These will likely be built to bridge the gap between the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro and the brand’s recently launched “true flagship,” the Phone (3).

Word of this comes from prominent leaker Yogesh Brar, who posted on his official X account that “Nothing could be adding ‘Lite’ or ‘T’ branded phones to their lineup,” and that the “Pro models are just not cutting it…”

It’s worth noting that the leaker has been accurate about the Nothing Phone models predicted in the first half of the year, so his claims certainly merit some credibility.

Of course, there’s no guarantee yet what Nothing will call these ‘Lite’ or ‘T’ models. The brand has been known to stand out with its own conventions, already introducing ‘a’ models for the Phone (3a) series mid-rangers.

The Nothing Phone (3)

As a quick price recap, the mid-tier Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro launched at RM1,699 and RM1,999 respectively, while the flagship Phone (3) starts at RM3,299 in Malaysia. Assuming that the ‘Lite’ or ‘T’ equivalent comes to fruition and lands in Malaysia, it will likely fall within the RM2,099 – RM2,999 range – which would be a decent middle ground for the pondering users on the fence.

Either way, considering how the Phone (3) launched less than a month ago, we’ll likely need to wait for some time before further news breaks.
