Narwal Expands Vacuum Lineup in Malaysia with Freo Flow, Freo X10 Pro, and S30; Starting from RM1,499
Narwal has introduced three new smart cleaning devices—namely, the Narwal Freo Flow, Narwal Freo X10 Pro, and Narwal S30 Wet Dry Vacuum—expanding its catalogue here in Malaysia.
The Narwal Freo Flow is a robot vacuum cleaner equipped with a docking station and delivers a high suction power of 22,000Pa. This allows it to lift dirt, crumbs, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors effectively and intelligently avoids complicated items such as cables. Despite its power, it operates at a low noise level of under 60dB.
The vacuum houses a 6,400mAh battery that supports extended runtime, making it suitable for larger spaces. One of its key features is the intelligent base station, which not only charges the vacuum but also handles hot-water mop washing, warm air drying to prevent mildew, and auto-refills and drains water as needed.
The Narwal Freo X10 Pro is a slightly more modest robot vacuum alternative with 11,000Pa suction power and quiet operation below 57dB. It includes a Zero-Tangling Floating Roller Brush and Anti-Tangle Side Brush to reduce hair entanglement during cleaning.
Additional technologies such as the EdgeReach Mop Extension and EdgeSwing allow it to clean along tight corners and edges more effectively. Its 5,200mAh battery offers up to 219 minutes of simultaneous vacuuming and mopping. The dock features self-cleaning capabilities, including auto dust bin drying and warm air to prevent bacterial buildup.
The Narwal S30 is a lightweight wet and dry vacuum cleaner designed to handle a variety of messes. With 20,000Pa suction power, it tackles both wet spills and dry debris. It includes a real-time display for cleaning updates and a Cut & Comb De-Tangle System that reduces brush tangling by slicing and combing hair during use.
Its TripleEdge Precision system improves edge cleaning, while the multi-step water cycling system ensures clean mop water during operation. The S30 supports different cleaning modes tailored to various floor types.

All three Narwal devices are now available in Malaysia through the brand’s official Shopee store and offline at Aihome retail outlets in Sunway Velocity, Plaza Low Yat, and IOI City Mall.
