Maybank users to see new login page as payments shift to DuitNow OBW

By PriceShop News March 24, 2025

Maybank has announced a new payment interface for online transactions via Maybank2u Online Banking, marking a shift from the current FPX platform to the DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets (DOBW) system. Both FPX and the new DOBW platform are operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet).

The main difference users will notice is the login interface. The DOBW system introduces a new layout that closely mirrors the familiar Maybank2u login page.

Maybank assures customers that aside from the updated look and feel of the login page, the rest of the online payment process will remain unchanged. Transactions will proceed as usual once the user is authenticated.

For further information or assistance, customers can email mgcc@maybank.com or reach out to Maybank Group Customer Care at 1-300-88-6688 (within Malaysia) or +603-7844 3696 (from overseas).
