If you’ve got any Maybank-related finance errands to run in February, it might be best to take note of their upcoming scheduled downtime. Maybank has officially announced two system maintenance set to take place on the 8th and 15th February 2025. The maintenance will take place in the wee hours of the morning from 3AM to 7AM.

Given the timing, this downtime is unlikely to be disruptive for most customers. However, if you run a 24-hour business or frequently deal with overseas clients, note that Maybank2u Biz (web & app) will be unavailable during those times.

Many of Maybank’s primary services will also be impacted across Maybank2u web and MAE app. The list of services that will be halted includes DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow, DuitNow Request, DuitNow Overseas Transfer, instant transfers and cash withdrawals at ATMs, Interbank GIRO, FPX, Direct Debit, QRPay, and JomPay.

For full details, visit Maybank’s official announcement page.

Maybank advises users to plan their transactions ahead in order to avoid disruptions. For more information or assistance, you can write to Maybank at mgcc@maybank.com, or call Maybank at 1-300-88-6688 (Malaysia) or +603-7844 3696 (overseas).
