Maybank to Temporarily Halt ATMs, DuitNow and Online Banking on 20 September

Maybank has announced a scheduled system maintenance on Saturday, 20 September, which will temporarily affect several of its banking services.
According to the bank, Maybank2u web, the MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz (both web and app) will experience varying service interruptions during the maintenance period, but all channels are expected to operate normally from 8.00AM onwards.
Key services such as DuitNow, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, and DuitNow QR will be unavailable between 3.00AM and 8.00AM across Maybank2u web, the MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz. FPX and Debit Mandate services will also be halted during this same timeframe.
In addition, Maybank’s ATM services will be unavailable from 12.00AM until 8.00AM.

The bank stated that the maintenance is part of its routine procedures, carried out periodically to ensure smoother and more reliable online banking experiences for customers.
