Maybank Announces System Maintenance Affecting Online and ATM Services on 12 July 2025
Maybank users are advised to take note of the bank’s planned system maintenance, which will take place in the early hours of 12 July 2025 (Saturday).
A wide range of Maybank’s services will be affected across the Maybank2u website, MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz (web and app). The services affected include DuitNow, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, DuitNow QR, JomPay, and Interbank GIRO. FPX and Debit Mandate services will also be unavailable on the Maybank2u website.
These services will be unavailable from 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM on 12 July.
Meanwhile, Maybank ATM services will also be affected on 12 July, with a longer downtime from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
