By Timothy Teoh July 14, 2025

Maybank’s scheduled system maintenance, originally planned for 12 July, has been postponed. According to a push notification sent via the MAE app and an official announcement on its website, the maintenance will now take place on 19 July. Maybank did not specify the reason for the rescheduling.

The affected services and their scheduled downtime remain unchanged. From 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM on 19 July, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow Request, DuitNow QR, Interbank GIRO, JomPay, FPX, and Debit Mandate services will be temporarily unavailable across Maybank2u web, the MAE app, and Maybank2u Biz (web and app).

Additionally, Maybank ATM services will be unavailable from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on the same day.

Maybank advises users to plan their transactions in advance to avoid disruptions. For more information or assistance, users can email Maybank at mgcc@maybank.com or contact the bank at 1-300-88-6688 (within Malaysia) or +603-7844 3696 (overseas).
