Malaysia Autoshow 2025 opens its gates today; Public can visit from 9 – 15 May 2025

The Malaysia Autoshow 2025 officially opens its gates today at MAEPS, Serdang, offering an expansive look into the country’s evolving automotive landscape. Organised by the Malaysia Automotive, Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), the week-long event runs from 9th to 15th May 2025 and is expected to attract over 250,000 visitors throughout its duration.

Spanning over 50,000 square metres, the autoshow brings together a wide range of stakeholders, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), aftermarket suppliers, financial institutions, and electric charging (EC) infrastructure providers. This year, more than 200 exhibitors and over 500 vehicles are on display, featuring a record number of electric vehicles (EVs), covering both passenger cars and two-wheelers.

Visitors will be able to explore offerings from leading local names such as Proton and Perodua, alongside global marques including BMW, BYD, Chery, Jetour, Jaecoo, Mercedes-Benz, and MG. On the motorcycle front, well-known brands such as Royal Enfield, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Vespa, and Kawasaki are also participating.

Visitors can look forward to exploring over five kilometers of specially designed test tracks for cars, motorcycles, and 4×4 vehicles. More than 50 vehicles models will be available for test drives – free of charge.

Tickets for Malaysia Autoshow 2025 can be purchased via the official Malaysia Autoshow website. Weekday passes are priced at RM20, while weekend and public holiday tickets are RM25. No additional charges apply for on-site test drives.
