LG Malaysia opens first Service Centre and Academy in the country
LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd has inaugurated its first ever Service Centre and Academy in Malaysia. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at its official location in Sungai Besi, marking the start of the centre’s grand opening.
As suggested in its name, the Service Centre and Academy will provide LG customers with a convenient location to receive holistic after-sales care on LG products, while augmenting the skills and knowledge of sales agents and technicians through its academy.
Moreover, the centre will double as a showroom to showcase the extensive selection of LG products available in Malaysia, including air purifiers, water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, smart TVs, and washing machines.
Justin Choi, Managing Director of Malaysia, expresses excitement with the new establishment and believes the new centre reinforces LG’s conviction in providing the best customer care to Malaysians. “Our new Service Centre and Academy in Malaysia symbolises our commitment to not only meeting customer needs but surpassing them. By investing in the advanced training of our staff and creating a space where customers can fully experience our showcased products, we are setting a new standard in customer care.”
