1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia. Participants under the age of 18 as of 1 January 2025 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Price Guide Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period will be specified in the respective giveaway post. All entries must be submitted within the stated period to be eligible. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the entry period at its discretion. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
a. Participants must complete all entry requirements as outlined in the giveaway post.
b. Entries must comply with applicable laws and regulations. They must not contain content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
c. Fraudulent, incomplete, or invalid entries will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection
a. All Eligible Submission(s) will be reviewed by The Organiser for creativity.
b. Based on the assessment, only thirty (30) Eligible Participants from each platform will be known as Shortlisted Winners.
c. The Organiser will perform a one (1) time randomization among the Shortlisted Winners for each platform.
d. The prize(s) will be awarded to the Eligible Participants selected through the randomization process from the Shortlisted Winners.
The selection process will take place within 14 working days from the giveaway’s end date. All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding.
5. Notification of Winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified via direct message, email, or a comment on the original giveaway post. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize(s) and provide the required details (e.g., delivery address) within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prizes
The prize(s) will be described in the respective giveaway announcement. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
7. Prize Delivery
Prize(s) will be delivered to the winner(s) within 60 working days after confirmation of acceptance. The Organiser will take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery but will not be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during the delivery process.
8. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Price Guide Sdn. Bhd., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway, including the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Disqualification
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.
11. Modification or Termination
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice. In such cases, the Organiser may, at its discretion, award prizes to eligible entries received prior to such action.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Acknowledgment
By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
