iPhone Fold Pricing Allegedly Leaked: Less Than A Kidney But More Than Your Soul

This positions Apple’s foldable well above the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, which starts at $1,999 (retailing in Malaysia from RM7,799).
Analysts believe the higher price is driven by material costs, including:

- Durable hinge mechanisms
- Lightweight components designed to balance portability and strength
Despite the premium pricing, Fubon Research projects Apple could sell 15.4 million units, with 5.4 million expected in 2026 alone.
