vivo today has added to their V series line-up with the unveiling of their new mid-range challenger, the vivo V27e. This is the brand’s second launch of the year after introducing the flagship vivo X90 series just last month.
vivo’s new instagrammable offering comes in Lavender Purple and Glory Black, and only has a single 8GB+256GB configuration.
You can pre-order the vivo V27e (8+256GB) for RM1,299 on vivo Malaysia’s official E-store, or on their official Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok page.
From March 4th onwards, all customers who purchase the vivo V27e will receive exclusive free gifts worth RM666. Free gifts includes a smart tag worth RM69, Bluetooth speaker worth RM99, 1-year extended warranty and 1-year screen protection. This offer will run for one month.

In keeping with the ‘instagrammable’ theme, the vivo V27e will feature what vivo calls an ‘Aura Light.’ This is a circular built-in lighting technology that will give you the studio-like feel to your photos, even in dimly-lit environments. Essentially, it is your very own portable ring light which you can call on anytime to spruce up your portrait game.
No longer will you need to depend on the harsh and untrue-to-life overexposed tones of your camera flash. The Aura Light will intelligently detect low ambient lighting and provide your photos with the radiant glow that’s ever so sought-after.
Helping you achieve those instaworthy shots is a rear triple camera system. They consist of a 64MP Ultra-Sensing Camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 2MP bokeh camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Up front, bringing your selfies to life is a 32MP front camera. To enhance your portraits further, the V27e’s Multi-Style Portrait provides versatility to spur on your creative prowess.
For video recording, the vivo V27e implements Hybrid Image Stabilization (OIS+EIS) to keep those precious moments free from the shakes.
The vivo V27e is an instagrammable smartphone in every sense. Not just through its photo-taking capabilities, but also in its eye-catching design. The Lavender Purple option is adorned with a soft, iridescent pattern with subtle wispy details that gleams under the light. However, you’ll only find this on the Lavender Purple. The Glory Black on the other hand sports a timeless solid black coating fit for elegance.
Running the vivo V27e is a MediaTek Helio G99 processor. You’ll also have the benefit of an additional 8GB extended RAM if needed, bringing your total RAM up to 16GB (8GB RAM+8GB Extended RAM).
