Infinix launches new NOTE 40X 5G priced at only RM849
Infinix has added yet another model to its NOTE 40 Series, this time with the NOTE 40X 5G. Priced at only RM849, it is among the cheapest 5G-capable phones in Malaysia right now.
Available immediately, the Infinix NOTE 40X 5G is available for purchase on Infinix’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop; as well as through authorized dealers.
The phone comes in a single 12GB+256GB memory variant utilizing LPDDR4X RAM and UFS2.2 storage. On that note, RAM can be boosted up to 24GB via Extended RAM technology, and storage is expandable up to 1TB.
Powering the NOTE 40X 5G is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor. For visuals, it relies on a 6.78″ LCD panel offering Full HD+ (1080×2460) resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. Brightness is on the lower side of the scale, peaking at only 500nits.
Keeping things running is a 5,000mAh battery with support for only 18W wired charging.
As for the rear cameras, the NOTE 40X 5G pairs a 108MP main camera together with a 2MP macro lens. Elsewhere at the front, you’ll find an 8MP selfie camera.
Other noteworthy features is its IPX2 splash-proof protection. The phone supports NFC, and has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
The NOTE 40X 5G is available in Starlit Black, Palm Blue, and Lime Green.
