GT 30 Joins Infinix’s Gaming Phone Lineup with GT Triggers and 144Hz Display
Infinix has officially unveiled the GT 30, its second model in the GT 30 Series lineup for 2025. This follows the earlier release of the GT 30 Pro in May, and serves as a more accessible alternative while keeping gaming-focused features intact.
The GT 30 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 5G chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comes with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, featuring a resolution of 1220 x 2720 (1.5K), a refresh rate of 144Hz, and a peak brightness of up to 1,600 nits (HBM).
One standout addition is the inclusion of GT Triggers — capacitive shoulder buttons designed for enhanced gaming control. To support performance during extended gameplay, the phone includes a 3DVCC Cooling System for better thermal management.
The battery has a capacity of 5,500mAh and supports 45W wired charging.
Aesthetic-wise, Infinix is introducing “Mechanical Light Waves” on the GT 30, a dynamic lighting system that reacts to gameplay events and also lights up for notifications, music, and when the device is charging.
In terms of gaming performance, the GT 30 is officially certified to support high frame rates for 10 popular mobile titles. This includes 120FPS support on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Free Fire, and Honor of Kings, along with 90FPS support for PUBG Mobile.
The GT 30 will be available in two colour options: Cyber Blue and Pulse Green.
The Infinix GT 30 is priced at RM1,099 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. Sales will begin on 11 September 2025. Early buyers will receive a complimentary GT Gaming Kit (including a MagCase and Cooling Fan) worth RM129, while stocks last.
The device will be available via Infinix’s official online stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, as well as through authorised offline retailers across Malaysia.
