Hyundai Motor Malaysia Launches STARIA, TUCSON, and SANTA FE
Hyundai Motor Malaysia, now officially operating as a local entity under Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), has introduced three new models to the Malaysian market – the Hyundai STARIA, new TUCSON, and all-new SANTA FE.
Managing Director Jahabarnisa Haja Mohideen commented, “The STARIA, New TUCSON, and All-New SANTA FE we’re introducing are products that reflect how Malaysians live, move, and travel: from versatile family needs to feature-rich, comfort-driven mobility.”
“Each model was chosen with purpose – to offer more space, smarter technology, and a safer, more connected driving experience that align with the everyday demands of Malaysian drivers,” she added.
Hyundai STARIA
The Hyundai STARIA is available in three trims: Style (10-seater), Prime (10-seater), and Prestige (7- or 10-seater). Designed for both family and executive use, it features Full LED projection headlamps and a BOSE® 12-speaker premium audio system on the 7-seater Prestige. It offers 1,024 litres of boot space and comes equipped with an 8-inch multimedia touch display and full automatic climate control.
Standard safety features include Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, and Blind-Spot Collision Warning.

New Hyundai TUCSON
The latest TUCSON introduces a bold new design, a panoramic 12.3-inch dual curved digital display, and a floating centre console. Drivers also benefit from fingerprint authentication and touch-type climate controls. Powertrain options include a 2.0L MPI petrol, 1.6L turbo petrol, and a 1.6L hybrid electric variant.
Hyundai SmartSense safety features are available on Prime and Prestige variants.

All-new SANTA FE
The redesigned SANTA FE features a longer wheelbase, wider-opening tailgate, and optional 6- or 7-seater layout. Notable features include a panoramic curved display, dual wireless charging (a Hyundai first), UV-C sanitiser tray, and bilateral multi-console design.
It is available with either a 2.5L turbo petrol AWD engine or a 1.6L hybrid powertrain. All variants come standard with Hyundai SmartSense advanced driver assistance systems.
