Huawei has yet another new tablet for Malaysians to choose from. This time around, it’s the Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026, replete with their PaperMatte display and accessory ecosystem for a PC-like productivity experience.

The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026 will be available from 8pm, 3 April onwards with a recommended retail price of RM2,199. You’ll be able to get it from the Huawei Malaysia website, their official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, as well as all Huawei Experience Stores nationwide.

Huawei MatePad 11.5 S 2026 specs and features
The Huawei MatePad 11.5 S is built out of a single piece of metal for a sleek unibody finish, measuring 6.1mm thin and 515g light. That houses an 11.5-inch 2.8K Huawei FullView LCD display with a 3:2 aspect ratio, 500nits of brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate. You also get their PaperMatte display treatment over it to reduce glare and makes reading easier, while also making stylus usage feel like paper.
Powering the MatePad 11.5 S is a Kirin T92C system-on-chip, mated to 12GB of memory and 256GB of storage. It runs HarmonyOS 4.3 out of the box, with no Google-related apps pre-installed of course. Huawei however does say they’ve added more productivity features and tools such as WPS Office, an upgraded Huawei Notes with AI handwriting recognition, GoPaint for illustrating and Wondershare Filmora for on-device video editing.
Keeping the lights on is a 8,800mAh battery with support for 40W fast charging. Other features of note include a quad-speaker setup with two microphones, a 13MP, f/1.8 rear camera and an 8MP, f/2.0 front camera along with Huawei NearShare for the included keyboard and option stylus as well as WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless connectivity. You’ll be able to pick between Green and Space Grey colour options for the MatePad 11.5 S.
