Hotlink prepaid passes now comes with 5G data
The recent 5G access agreement between Maxis and Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) means Maxis can now offer 5G services.
There’s already a refreshed lineup of 5G postpaid plans available from Maxis. The new 5G postpaid plans starts as low as RM79/month with 80GB of 4G/5G data + 40GB bonus 5G data; maxing out at RM199/month for 200GB of 4G/5G data + 100GB of 5G data.
Alongside this, are also an improved set of 5G prepaid plans from Hotlink. There’s a total of four monthly 5G prepaid passes, as well as a daily and weekly 5G plan.

All prepaid plans come with Unlimited calls and Hotspot.
Additionally, Hotlink will also have Pakej Belia discounts for the 75GB Internet Pass, 100GB Internet Pass, 80GB Unlimited Internet, and 100GB Unlimited Internet plans. Under Pakej Belia, Malaysian citizens aged below 24 will be entitled to 20% cashback vouchers, which can be used for the next internet pass purchase.
