Honor teases their upcoming—wait, is that an iPhone 17 Pro?

This might be the most blatant iPhone lookalike so far. Honor has begun teasing their upcoming Honor 600 series of smartphones, and it’s design is certainly…. familiar.

The Honor 600 series pictures posted by Honor showcase them in orange, black and golden white colourways—not exactly Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue and Silver, but they’re certainly close. But what perhaps gives away their main inspiration for the Honor 600 series is certainly the raised camera plateau on the back, complete with a triple camera layout just like an iPhone 17 Pro, and they’ve even got the flash and “LIDAR” sensor location down to a tee.

The Chinese manufacturer did share some more details about the upcoming 600 series. We know that there will be two versions, one with two cameras and the other with three. We also know that they will come with a 200MP main camera, with upgraded capabilities to match its new flagship-level status. There will also be a telephoto shooter with up to 120x zoom.

While we’ll have to wait till the official launch for more details, previous leaks have claimed that the Honor 600 series will feature Snapdragon 8-series chipsets, along with maybe even a 9,000mAh battery. Again, this part remains a rumour for now, so we’ll have to wait until the full reveal in the coming weeks.
