HONOR Magic6 Pro now available for purchase in Malaysia; Priced at RM4,499
The latest HONOR flagship is now available for purchase in Malaysia, just about a week after they announced their early bird pre-launch promo. The HONOR Magic6 Pro will succeed the HONOR Magic5 Series, however, unlike last year’s line-up which consisted of the Magic5 and Magic5 Pro, it seems only the Magic6 Pro will make its way to our shores.
In any case, the official pricing of HONOR’s latest flagship has been released. The HONOR Magic6 Pro will come with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, and is priced at RM4,499 in Malaysia.
There will be an early bird launch promo from the 20th – 27th of March, where customers can pre-order the Magic6 Pro with an RM66 deposit, after which they will get RM330 rebate. Additionally, purchase for the device will come with free gifts worth RM1,960, including an HONOR Watch 4, HONOR Earbuds X6, 365-day front and back crack replacement, and a 1 year extended warranty.

HONOR Magic6 Pro specs
The HONOR Magic6 Pro will join the growing catalogue of flagship smartphones powered with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. As mentioned earlier, this will be paired up with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The Magic6 Pro sports a 6.8″ LRPO OLED display, offering FHD+ (1280x2800p) resolution and 5,000nits peak brightness. Refresh rates are adaptive, with HONOR claiming it can go as low as 1Hz and maxing out at 120Hz. For display protection, the device relies on HONOR’s NanoCrystal Shield which has received SGS’s Five Star Overall Glass Drop Resistance Ability certification.
Over the past years, HONOR has put much emphasis on eye care protection. It’s the same this year, with the Magic6 Pro receiving TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display, Circadian Friendly, and Flicker Free certification.
The Magic6 Pro is recognizable for its uniquely shaped camera module at the rear panels. In it are its tri-camera setup consisting of a 50MP wide camera backed by a 1/1.3″ sensor and supported with OIS; for the record, HONOR calls this its Dynamic HONOR Falcon Camera. The main camera is flanked by a 180MP 1/1.49″ periscope telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom, also supported with OIS; and lastly, a 50MP ultra-wide lens.
Just like in its predecessor, the Magic6 Pro will have the AI Motion Sensing Capture feature, which is able to recognize and capture photos automatically based of movements without you needing to press the shutter. HONOR says this features is now optimized for 10 types of sports.
Flip the phone to the front and you’ll see a pill-shaped cutout at the top of the display. Here is where its dual front cameras resides, the first being a 3D depth sensing camera for face unlock, and the other a 50MP selfie shooter.
Other noteworthy specs includes a 5,600mAh battery supporting 80W wired charging 66W wireless charging. For connectivity, the phone is able to support Wi-Fi 7 as well as Bluetooth 5.3. Finally, the device is also IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.
The HONOR Magic6 Pro comes in two colours: and Epi Green vegan leather design, and a non-vegan leather Black design.
