HONOR 90 Series Specs
There’s a pretty significant distinction between both models. The HONOR 90 has a rounded back panel with a textured finishing, assumingly for better grip. The HONOR 90 Lite has none of these, instead going with a flat-edge panel.
Despite both models maintaining a 6.7″ screen, the HONOR 90 undoubtedly holds the superior display. Aside from being an AMOLED display, it also has the higher 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. Peak brightness goes up to 1,600nits, and it has PWM dimming up to 3840Hz to reduce eye strain.
The Lite sibling on the other hand keeps to a 1080p LCD display, with 90Hz refresh rates, with Dynamic Dimming technology for eye protection.
The HONOR 90 will utilize the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
You can differentiate the HONOR 90 and the HONOR 90 Lite simply by its cameras. While the HONOR 90 sports two distinctive circular modules, the Lite variant has an oblong module with two housings that seem to overlap each other at the tips.
You’ll have a tri-camera setup on each model, but of different make-ups. The HONOR 90 will have a 200MP main camera backed by 1/1.4″ sensor, flanked by a 12MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth camera. At the front in a punch hole format is a 50MP selfie camera.
Separately, the HONOR 90 Lite makes do with a 100MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, also in punch hole format, is a 16MP camera.
You will have the larger 5,000mAh battery with faster 66W charging on the HONOR 90, compared to the 4,500mAh and 22.5W charging on its Lite sibling.
The HONOR 90 Lite will utilize MediaTek’s Dimensity 6020 processor, with 8GB and 256GB of storage.
