Here’s your first look at HUAWEI’s upcoming WATCH FIT 4 Series and WATCH 5
A whole new line of HUAWEI wearables are set to take the stage soon. We can’t unveil the full details and specs just yet, but we can confirm that the models slated for launch are the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4, FIT 4 Pro, and WATCH 5.
For now though, we’re only permitted to satiate your curiosity with some pictures and first impressions.
HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4 Pro
Of all the models set to launch, the WATCH FIT 4 Pro is arguably the most intriguing. A quick glance through HUAWEI’s official website and you’ll discover that it’s the first Pro model in the FIT Series, which simply means they’ll be able to cater to more consumers across different price points.
At first sight, we wouldn’t blame you if you mistook it for the Apple Watch Ultra. The curved edge and position of the side dial bears a close resemblance, but take a closer look and you’ll realize that it has a sleeker and less chonky build. Its display is also slightly longer at the sides, giving it a more rectangular form factor.
HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4
The base WATCH FIT 4 doesn’t stray too far from the Pro’s design. Except for a few shaves here and there, form factor is pretty much maintained. However, it did feel less robust when worn.
HUAWEI WATCH 5
Moving on, the WATCH 5 offers a completely different look altogether from the FIT 4 Series. In keeping with the WATCH Series designs of yesteryears, the WATCH 5 sports a rounded face that’s more suited for a lifestyle wearable.
The models displayed each came in a variety of straps, so there’s definitely some flexibility when it comes to styling. HUAWEI also briefed us about some interesting new tech that’s embedded into the WATCH 5…but you’ll have to wait until the embargo lifts to know what it is.
