GXBank Is Piloting a New Car Insurance Product That Lets You Renew in Just 3 Taps

Digital bank GXBank is piloting a hassle-free car insurance product backed by Zurich Malaysia. It aims to streamline the insurance renewal process directly within the GXBank app, making the task simpler and more seamless for its customers.
This involves introducing a Three Taps Renewal process to expedite the procedure, allowing users to get an instant quotation for their insurance in less than a minute by leveraging the app’s customer database. Additionally, users can select necessary add-ons – like digital road tax renewal – and pay directly from their GX Account on the GXBank app.

GXBank says its car insurance will offer a range of benefits, including accident claims within 1 hour via WhatsApp (for claims under RM3,000), complimentary 24/7 roadside assistance, and up to RM200 windscreen protection at no extra cost.

GXBank’s car insurance program is still at its pilot stage and will progressively roll out to 6,000 customers across Malaysia. This will allow the company to gather feedback and fine-tune the product ahead of its official launch.
Users who sign up can enjoy RM20 cashback for Car Insurance, an RM10 fee waiver for Digital Road Tax, and unlimited roadside assistance and towing – all for just RM38. Interested customers can sign up on GXBank’s official website.
