The Google Pixel 10 Series has officially been unveiled. As expected, the series consist of the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. The entire range is powered by Google’s Tensor G5 chip, and all three models now come with triple cameras.

Google Pixel 10 Malaysia specs

Starting off with the base model Pixel 10, it sports a 6.3″ OLED display with a 1080×2424 resolution, boasting 60Hz–120Hz adaptive refresh rates, 3,000 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Among the upgrades is a slightly bumped-up 4,970mAh battery, up from 4,700mAh on the Pixel 9. However, charging speeds have been reduced from 45W to 30W via USB-C, while 15W wireless charging is still supported.

Another notable addition is a third telephoto lens complementing the main and ultra-wide cameras. In this year’s iteration, you’ll get a combination of a 48MP wide camera, a 13MP ultra-wide, and a 10MP telephoto lens with OIS and 5x optical zoom. The front camera, on the other hand, remains a 10MP selfie shooter.

The Pixel 10 is available in Indigo, Frost, Lemongrass, and Obsidian colourways.

Moving on to the Pro models, these share similarities across the board, including the Tensor G5 chip. The cameras are also identical, with both the Pro and Pro XL featuring a 50MP wide camera, a 48MP ultra-wide, and a 48MP telephoto lens with OIS and 5x optical zoom.

What sets them apart is size. The Pro model sports a 6.3″ LTPO OLED display with a 1280×2856 resolution. Thanks to its LTPO technology, the refresh rate is more adaptive, with Google claiming it can adjust between 1Hz and 120Hz. Peak brightness tops out slightly higher than the base model at 3,300 nits, and it’s also protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Powering the Pixel 10 Pro is a 4,870mAh battery supporting 30W wired charging and 15W wireless charging.

As for the Pro XL, it’s the larger model, featuring a 6.8″ LTPO OLED display offering a 1344×2992 resolution, 1Hz–120Hz refresh rate, 3,300 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The Pro XL also houses the largest battery in the series, with a 5,200mAh unit supporting 45W wired charging and 25W wireless charging.

Both the Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL are available in Moonstone, Jade, Porcelain, and Obsidian colourways.

Pixel 10 Series AI features

As always with the Google Pixel Series, its suite of AI features takes centre stage. The entire Pixel 10 lineup comes with built-in Google AI features, including Circle to Search, Live Translate, Magic Eraser, Gemini, and more.

This year’s highlight, though, is Gemini Live, which allows users to chat back-and-forth with Gemini about what they’re seeing. For example, you can ask Gemini what recipes you can cook by pointing your camera at your ingredients, or get room rearrangement suggestions by showing it a photo of your space.
