HoYoverse’s popular action RPG Genshin Impact is gearing up for a crossover with Innersloth’s hit multiplayer title Among Us. The collaboration was teased on social media, sparking speculation among fans of both games.

The initial teaser came from Innersloth’s official Twitter / X account, which posted an image of a red Crewmate casting a shadow shaped like Paimon, Genshin Impact’s iconic mascot. The caption read, “someone’s been stirring up trouble in The Skeld… keep ur visors peeled!”
Shortly after, the official Genshin Impact account reposted the illustration with a sly Paimon meme image and the caption, “suspicious, very suspicious.” The playful back-and-forth between the two studios strongly hints at an upcoming crossover event.
While the details remain unclear, the responses from both accounts suggest that more than just simple cosmetic items could be involved. Innersloth has been interacting with fans in the replies, staying deliberately vague while teasing lines like “welcome back” and that lying “would be on brand I guess.”
Whether the collaboration expands into larger gameplay features or remains limited to themed cosmetics, fans will not have to wait long for answers. The timing lines up with Genshin Impact’s next major update, Version Luna I, which is scheduled to launch on September 10, 2025. This makes the crossover reveal especially timely, as HoYoverse prepares fresh content for its global player base.
