Thanks to its built-in acoustic piezo sensor, the vacuum is able to detect particles as small as 10 microns. The particles are categorised into four categories based on its size:

- Particles the size of sugar and fleas (>500µm): These larger, visible particles are trapped in the bin as soon as they enter the primary cyclone and metal mesh filter – clearing the airflow, so there’s no loss of suction.
3. Auto mode
With the new Auto mode, the dyson v12 is able to intelligently adapt optimum power based on the particles it is detecting. In other words, the vacuum will only increase its suction power when it detects larger particles. With this mode, users will be to get the most of their vacuum runtime.
4. Hair Screw Tool
This new detachable head is specially for picks up long hair and pet hair. Fast. Using anti-tangle conical brush bar spirals hair off and into the bin, you can be sure that hair no longer gets stuck or tangled up at the vacuum head.
5. Single-button power control
