CIMB to Undergo Scheduled MyDebit Downtime on 16 and 17 August
CIMB Bank has confirmed a scheduled downtime for its MyDebit systems on 16th August (Saturday) and 17th August (Sunday). Both downtimes will begin at 00:00 (12:00 AM midnight) and will run through the early hours of the morning.
- 16 August 2025, from 00:00 AM to 08:00 AM
- 17 August 2025, from 00:00 AM to 05:00 AM.
During this period, all transactions made using CIMB’s MyDebit systems will be unavailable. While the scheduled downtime is unlikely to affect most CIMB customers, those planning a late-night supper run or needing to make business payments with CIMB debit cards during those hours should plan ahead to avoid any inconvenience.
