CIMB ATMs Down for Maintenance from Midnight to 8AM on 5 July
Take note if you have any plans to use CIMB ATM machines in the early hours of tomorrow morning. CIMB has notified customers via its announcement page that system maintenance will take place on 5 July 2025, from 12:01 AM to 8:00 AM.
The services that will be affected are CIMB’s automated teller machines (ATM & MEPS) and cash deposit machines (CDM).
Services are set to resume after 8:00 AM. In the meantime, CIMB advises users to plan their banking transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
In addition to the ATM maintenance, CIMB has also announced scheduled downtimes for its MyDebit system, which will affect all CIMB debit cardholders. The scheduled times are as such:
- 04 July 2025 (Friday), from 2:00AM to 3:00AM
- 05 July 2025 (Saturday), from 00:00AM to 8:00AM
- 19 July 2025 (Saturday), from 00:00AM to 8:00AM
