CelcomDigi Debuts Spark – A Fully App-Controlled, eSIM-Only Mobile Experience
CelcomDigi Berhad has launched Spark by CelcomDigi (Spark), a new eSIM-only mobile service designed to offer a fully digital user experience. Accessible exclusively through a mobile app, Spark allows users to sign up, activate their number instantly, manage plans, or cancel subscriptions—all without visiting a physical store or handling a traditional SIM card.
Spark operates without contracts and is available in three plan options. The Mini plan offers 3GB of 4G data at RM15 per month. The Standard plan provides 40GB of 5G/4G data at RM25 per month. The highest-tier Plus plan includes 200GB of 5G/4G data for RM65 per month.
Users can manage up to five lines under a single Spark account, which can be useful for families, travel needs, or maintaining an extra number. The service includes features like on-demand roaming starting from RM4, plan boosters, and the flexibility to pause or resume service at any time. In-app live chat support is also available for assistance.
To use Spark, customers must have a device that supports eSIM. Everything from choosing a number to activating the line is completed within the app, without requiring any physical steps. The Spark app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Users should ensure they are downloading Spark by CelcomDigi, as there is another unrelated app named Sparks eSIM.
New users who activate the service between now and 31 December 2025 can enjoy RM5 off per month for 12 months by entering the promo code SPARK5 during sign-up.
