CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Hyper and Power plans: ‘Unlimited’ data, calls, hotspot from RM30

CelcomDigi has refreshed its prepaid lineup with the introduction of its new Prepaid 5G Hyper and Prepaid 5G Power mobile internet passes, Aimed for what the telco calls ‘Gen Now’ users with always-on digital lifestyles, the new prepaid passes offer uncapped 5G speeds, high data quotas or unlimited internet, as well as access to premium entertainment on selected plans.

Starting with the Prepaid 5G Hyper plans, these passes are designed for users who want simple and fuss-free 5G connectivity. Starting at RM30, you’ll get 50GB of 5G+4G mobile data, while for RM35 you get double the amount, with 100GB of 5G+4G mobile data.

As for the Prepaid Power 5G plans, these are unlimited quota plans, though you will have to take note of the fair usage policy (FUP) limit and different capped speeds per plan. For example on the 5G Power 35 base plan, you get ‘unlimited’ data with a 100GB FUP, capped to 18Mbps speeds. The other three 5G Power plans however will come with a 200GB FUP limit instead. As for speed caps, the 5G Power 45 is limited to 48Mbps, the 5G Power+ 55 gets 100Mbps speeds while the 5G Power 65 gets unlimited speeds.

For those who like streaming content, the 5G Power+ 55 also comes with Viu Premium, while 5G Power+ 65 gets you Prime Video instead. On top of that, all CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Hyper and Power passes come with unlimited calls to all networks and unlimited hotspot usage. These plans have a 30-day validity to them too, with monthly auto-renewal also possible.

New customers can sign up for CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Hyper and Power plans at CelcomDigi Stores, authorised dealers and partners nationwide. Existing prepaid customers meanwhile can also subscribe via the CelcomDigi App.
