CelcomDigi: Please stop using the old Celcom Life and MyDigi apps, pretty please?

If you’re a CelcomDigi user then listen: the telco really needs you to stop using the old Celcom Life and MyDigi app from the pre-merger times. That’s because CelcomDigi will begin retiring both of those old apps from today onwards, starting with prepaid-related transactions, before finally retiring them on 1st April 2026.

The CelcomDigi app will bring everything you need into one seamless platform, letting users manage accounts and perform transactions all through one app. According to CelcomDigi, you’ll be able to do the following all through the new CelcomDigi app:

  • Manage all your lines via centralised account management, be it prepaid, postpaid, fibre or supplementary lines
  • Set up automated reload for prepaid customers to ensure uninterrupted usage
  • Access value-added services such as managing Disney+, Prime Video, Viu subscriptions and more
  • Pre-book roaming services for instant connection when travelling
  • Enhanced security with biometric logins, linked device protection and eKYC verification
  • 24/7 AI-powered support for instant answers to any queries
