CelcomDigi upgrades ONE plans with faster speeds and more entertainment
CelcomDigi has today unveiled their all new CelcomDigi ONE plan. According to the telco, the redesigned plan will offer customers a greater connectivity experience with enhanced speeds and security on top of premium entertainment. The refreshed plan will come in two flavours, the ONE Ultra and ONE Pro plan.
CelcomDigi ONE Ultra
Starting off with the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra plan priced at RM300/month, it offers three unlimited 5G/4G postpaid lines, each with MobileSHIELD powered by F-Secure for protection against scam calls, phishing attempts and other online threats. This is their unlimited speed offering with no speed caps, with unlimited voice calls to all networks too; all SMSes however will be charged RM0.20 per SMS.
As for your home internet, you get to choose between a 500Mbps home fibre setup with router and mesh, or a 5G Home WiFi setup with a ‘premium router’ included. Do note that this will come with a 24-month contract. A Disney+ Premium subscription is also included with the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra plan. There’s a 50% rebate on all roaming passes, family lines and GadgetSIMs too.
Additionally, you can add on a device through the Easy360 monthly instalment plan too. The cheapest here would be the Nintendo Switch, Honor X9d 5G or Apple iPad 11th Gen WiFi, for an additional RM1/month.
According to CelcomDigi, by signing up for the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra, you’re getting savings of up to RM199/month compared to getting all of the included items on an ala carte basis.
CelcomDigi ONE Pro
As for the CelcomDigi ONE Pro plan priced at RM240/month, you get the same choice between a 500Mbps home fibre setup with mesh or a 5G home WiFi setup with a ‘premium router’. You also get an unlimited 5G/4G postpaid plan, albeit without the two extra supplementary lines and the MobileSHIELD subscription.
There’s no Disney+ Premium subscription bundled along either; it’s downgraded to Disney+ Basic instead. You do however still get access to the telco’s Easy360 device add-on deals. CelcomDigi says that compared to getting the included items ala carte, the ONE Pro plan saves you RM109 a month.
