CelcomDigi Expands Retail Presence with New Express Store Rollout

CelcomDigi is expanding its retail presence with the introduction of new CelcomDigi Express Stores, now launching across the country. These stores are designed to offer a more modern and convenient in-store experience, with a focus on speed, simplicity, and expert customer support.

This move builds on the earlier phase of CelcomDigi’s retail transformation, which saw the unification of Celcom Bluecube and Digi Stores under one brand. The next phase now focuses on upgrading partner-run outlets into CelcomDigi Express Stores.

So far, more than 50 digital-concept stores have opened nationwide, and more are on the way. These new outlets aim to make it easier for customers to explore the latest devices, digital services, and connectivity solutions, all with the same level of service they’d get in a main CelcomDigi store.

Cheng Weng Gong, CelcomDigi’s Chief Sales & Retail Officer, said, “We want all customers to enjoy the same exceptional experience and access to top-tier connectivity solutions whether they visit a flagship CelcomDigi Store or a CelcomDigi Express Store, anywhere in Malaysia.
