Bowers & Wilkins debuts Px7 S3 headphones and McLaren Edition Pi8 earbuds in Malaysia
Bowers & Wilkins has announced the latest flagship model in its Px7 headphone series – the Ps7 S3 wireless over-ear headphones. This new release features a redesigned acoustic structure, headlined by 40mm biocellulose drive units, intended to provide improved clarity, detailed resolution, and a broader soundstage.
To support high-quality wireless playback, the Px7 S3 includes aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless technology. The headphones also feature active noise cancellation powered by a system of eight microphones.
The PX7 S3 has been updated with a slimmer profile, a redesigned headband, and memory foam ear cushions aimed at improving long-term comfort. Battery life is rated at up to 30 hours of continuous use with ANC turned on. A quick-charge function allows for up to 7 hours of playback from a 15-minute charge.
The PX7 S3 will be offered in three colour options: Anthracite Black, Canvas White, and Indigo Blue.
Also revealed is the McLaren Edition of the Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 true wireless earbuds. This limited version features a Papaya Orange-accented Galvanic Grey colour scheme, inspired by McLaren’s motorsport heritage.
They include support for aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless audio formats, along with advanced adaptive noise cancellation. The earbuds are also rated IP54 for resistance to dust and splashes, making them suitable for light outdoor or fitness use.
The Px7 S3 will retail at RM2,399 and is available for pre-order starting 15 May 2025. In-store availability is expected by mid-June 2025. The headphones can be purchased via tcaacoustic.asia, the Sonos Concept Store at Starhill, Bowers & Wilkins’ Official Store on Lazada, and selected retailers including Flash Gadget, PC Image, and Thunder Match.
The Pi8 McLaren Edition earbuds are priced at RM2,999. Pre-orders begin on 15 May 2025, with in-store availability slated for the end of May 2025 through the same online platforms, and exclusive outlets of retailers including TMT Megastore Sunway Pyramid, TMT Mid Velley Megamall, Flash Gadget: The Gardens Mall, PC Image: The Mall, and PC Image: Mid Valley Southkey.
