ASUS ProArt P16 and ProArt PX13 with Ryzen AI CPUs now available
It hasn’t been too long since ASUS launched their AI-powered Vivobook S 15 and Zenbook S 16, but they’ve already bolstered their AI PC lineup with the latest ProArt series launch.
The ProArt P16 and ProArt PX13 features the latest AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor equipped to handle AI workloads. Moreover, they are both Copilot+ PCs with dedicated Copilot keys to access the AI software’s toolset.
ASUS ProArt P16 specs
Starting first with the ProArt P16, this model is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 9 370HX processor. This is paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU which ASUS says provides AI acceleration in video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, as well as 2D and 3D rendering programs like Autodesk Arnold.
Helping in powering up these AI facilities is the combination of a 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and 2TB SSD storage.
Unsurprisingly, it utilizes the 4K (3840×2400) Lumina OLED display which are Pantone Validated and offer 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It is also touchscreen, and is compatible with the ASUS Pen 2.0.
The laptop also supports WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, and manages to pack a 90Wh battery despite its slim 14.9mm frame.
There’s a slew of ports at the ready, including 1x USB 4, 1x USB 3.2 Type-C, 1x USB 3.2 Type-A, 1x HDMI 2.1, 1x 3.5mm audio jack, and an SD Express 7.0 card reader.
The ProArt P16 is available immediately, and retails at RM12,999 in Malaysia.
ASUS ProArt PX13 specs
On the other hand, the ProArt PX13 is designed to be the portable offering, weighing in at only 1.38kg. It is also the more versatile thanks to its 360-degree hinge which allows you to convert between laptop, tent, stand, or tablet form.
Like the ProArt P16, it is powered by the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, but it is paired with a GeForce RTX 4060 GPU instead. You’ll also get 32GB LPDDR5X RAM for performance, along with 1TB SSD for storage.
The ProArt PX13 is fitted with a 13-inch 3K (2880×1800) display. You’ll still get ASUS Lumina OLED here, as well as 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and colours that are Pantone Validated.
You’ll be relying on a 73Wh battery for power, and it has support for WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
As for I/O ports, you’ll be getting 1x USB 3.2 Type-A, 2x USB 4.0 Type-C, 1x HDMI 2.1, 1x 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSD 4.0 card reader.
The ProArt PX13 is available immediately and retails at RM9,999 in Malaysia.
