ASUS Malaysia Launches ExpertBook PM3 Series and ExpertCenter P500SV for Businesses
ASUS Malaysia has expanded its business lineup with the introduction of the ExpertBook PM3 Series laptops and the ExpertCenter P500SV desktop, designed to deliver AI-powered performance, enterprise-grade security, and long-lasting durability for professionals, enterprises, and government organizations.
Durability at the Core of the ASUS P Series
The newly launched ASUS P Series emphasizes resilience, with both the ExpertBook PM3 and ExpertCenter P500SV undergoing up to 157 Superior Durability Tests. These include assessments for hinge endurance, panel pressure, I/O port wear, accidental drops, and spill resistance. Live demonstrations during the launch event showcased the devices’ ability to withstand real-world challenges such as heavy travel, workplace wear and tear, and unexpected spills.
In addition, both devices were tested against 28 military-grade MIL-STD-810H procedures, proving their capability to handle extreme conditions. These include rapid temperature cycles from -51°C to 71°C, vibration and shock resistance, dust and sand exposure, high-altitude testing, and even simulated explosive atmospheres. This extensive testing confirms the P Series is engineered not only for performance but also for long-term dependability in diverse environments.
ASUS has positioned its ExpertBook and ExpertCenter Series as solutions that go beyond standard industry testing. Reinforced chassis structures, spill-resistant keyboards, and shock-tested drives ensure uninterrupted reliability. The ExpertBook B and P Series focus on mobile durability with lightweight magnesium-aluminum alloys that meet military-grade standards, while the ExpertCenter desktops are optimized for 24/7 operations with robust cooling, tool-free maintenance, and extended endurance testing.
ExpertBook PM3 Series: AI-Powered Mobility
Available in 14-inch (PM3406) and 16-inch (PM3606) models, the ExpertBook PM3 Series combines portability with enterprise-ready features. Powered by up to AMD Ryzen AI 7 processors delivering up to 66 TOPS of AI performance, the laptops are built for multitasking and AI-driven workloads. Weighing as little as 1.36kg with a 70Wh battery, they are designed for mobile professionals.
The devices feature WUXGA anti-glare displays with up to an 88% screen-to-body ratio, dual-SSD expandability, and DDR5 memory upgrades. Collaboration is enhanced with ASUS AI ExpertMeet, offering real-time translation, automated meeting summaries, and advanced noise filtering. Security is reinforced by ASUS ExpertGuardian, which integrates NIST SP 800-155–compliant BIOS, TPM 2.0 encryption, and Windows 11 Secured-Core certification.
ExpertCenter P500SV: Quiet and Powerful Performance
The ExpertCenter P500SV desktop is designed for professional workplaces that require performance and reliability in a compact 8.6L form factor. Powered by up to Intel Core i7 processors, optional discrete graphics, and support for up to 64GB DDR5 memory, it handles both everyday office tasks and demanding workloads.
The system includes advanced copper heat-pipe cooling, operating at just 30.8 dB in Performance Mode, making it quieter than rustling leaves. Combined with energy-efficient fan control and an 80 PLUS certified PSU, the P500SV is suited for offices, classrooms, and meeting spaces.
Like the PM3, the desktop is supported by ASUS AI ExpertMeet for smarter virtual collaboration, and ASUS ExpertGuardian for multilayered security. Expandability is ensured with USB-C and USB-A ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, RJ45, and PCIe/M.2 slots, while tool-free chassis design simplifies maintenance.
