Astro’s new promo makes you wish you were a civil servant
Astro has just unwrapped a brand-new entertainment package tailored especially for civil servants. The Exclusive Civil Servants offer (or Tawaran Eksklusif untuk Penjawat Awam) is already available to the 1.6 million civil servants nationwide.
Under this offer, eligible customers will enjoy substantial savings of up to RM960 on Astro One packages, along with complimentary access to the Kids Add-On package and free installation using Plug and Play.
To be specific, civil servants can subscribe to Astro One Entertainment for just RM39.99 per month, down from the original RM49.99 monthly rate. This package grants access to more than 100 channels and includes free access to Astro GO.
For a more inclusive package, civil servants can opt for the Astro One Sports package for just RM69.99 per month, which is a far more appealing price than the standard RM99.99 retail rate. Subscribers to this package will enjoy all the benefits of Astro One Entertainment, with the addition of sports channels that bring live broadcasts of popular sports leagues, such as the Premier League, BWF events, Liga Malaysia, Formula 1, MotoGP, and more.
It also includes the complimentary Kids Add-On with access to six kids channels, such as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, CBeebies, and more.

Do note that in order to apply, you will need to provide proof of civil service employment. The package is also offered to retired civil servants, in which case a pension card is needed for verification.
