Acer refreshes Swift lineup with new Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors at CES 2026

Acer has announced their refreshed lineup of Swift laptops at CES 2026, featuring Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with on-device AI capabilities. These include the Swift 16 AI, Swift Edge 14 AI, Swift Edge 16 AI, and the more affordable Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI. They’re designed for everyone from creators and professionals to everyday users, with all models run being Copilot+ PCs bundled with Acer’s own AI tools.
Acer Swift 16 AI

Leading the lineup is the Acer Swift 16 AI, Acer’s new flagship thin-and-light laptop. It will come with up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor paired with Intel Arc B390 graphics. Being their top of the line Swift model also means it’s just 14.9mm slim and weighs around 1.55kg, with up to 24 hours of video playback battery life.

The laptop also features a 16-inch, 3K OLED touch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. Audio is handled by dual DTS:X Ultra speakers, while an FHD IR camera supports Windows Hello facial recognition.
Perhaps its most standout feature is its massive haptic touchpad, claimed to be the world’s largest at 175.5 x 109.7mm, complete with MPP 2.5 stylus support. This allows users to sketch, animate, and interact directly with AI creative tools using the touchpad itself.
Acer Swift Edge AI

As for their Acer Swift Edge AI laptops, they’ll come in 14-inch and 16-inch options. Regardless of which you pick, they come with a magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis, with MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability standards.
The Swift Edge 14 AI weighs just 0.99kg, making it one of the lightest Copilot+ PCs available. Both models are powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor, with up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The displays will be available in up to 3K OLED touch panels with 120Hz refresh rates, while Acer’s new Multi-Control Touchpad lets users quickly manage media playback, presentations, and video conferencing tools. As for wireless connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0, alongside Thunderbolt 4, USB-A and HDMI 2.1 ports.
Acer Swift Go AI

The Swift Go AI series offers a more affordable entry point into Acer’s Copilot+ PC lineup while still delivering premium features. Both the 14-inch and 16-inch models run on up to an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with Intel Arc graphics. They also come with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 1 TB of M.2 SSD storage. The Swift Go 16 AI in particular will also be available with up to AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor configurations along with AMD Radeon 880M graphics.
They feature sleek aluminum chassis with OLED display options up to 3K resolution, and a 180-degree hinge for added flexibility. Acer has also equipped them with 5MP IR webcams, DTS:X Ultra speakers, Wi-Fi 7, and a wide selection of ports including dual Thunderbolt 4, USB-A and HDMI 2.1 output.

All of the laptops mentioned today are Copilot+ PCs, meaning they’ll come with exclusive Windows 11 AI features such as Click-to-Do, Copilot Voice, Recall and more. That’s on top Acer’s own suite of AI tools such as PurifiedVoice, PurifiedView, User Sensing, and Acer VisionArt, all accessible through the Acer Intelligence Space hub. All of these laptops will be available later this year, with local pricing and exact configurations to be confirmed at a later date.
