Acer Debuts Nitro V 16S Gaming Laptop with Intel or AMD Variants
Acer Malaysia has announced the arrival of its latest ultra-slim gaming laptop, the Acer Nitro V 16S. Despite its slim profile measuring just 14mm thick, the laptop is built with a sturdy metal chassis and is aimed at gamers seeking performance in a more portable form factor.
The Nitro V 16S comes in four configurations, offering a choice between Intel or AMD processors. Intel variants are powered by either the Intel Core 7 or Core 5 processors, paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 graphics. On the other hand, AMD options feature Ryzen 7 or Ryzen 5 processors, coupled with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 8GB GDDR7 graphics. Depending on the variant, the laptop can deliver up to 115W of maximum graphics power.
All models feature a 16-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Buyers can choose between WUXGA (1920×1200) or WQXGA (2560×1600) resolution panels, both offering a high refresh rate of 180Hz, full 100% sRGB colour accuracy, and a 3ms response time for responsive gameplay and vibrant visuals.
Additional features include a 4-zone RGB backlit keyboard and a dual-fan cooling system designed with quad intakes and quad exhausts to support efficient heat management during intensive gaming sessions.
The Acer Nitro V 16S is now available in Malaysia with prices starting from RM4,999. It can be purchased via the Acer eStore, Acer’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as through authorised Acer resellers nationwide. As part of a limited-time offer, customers who purchase the Nitro V 16S before 13 October 2025 will receive a complimentary Logitech G304 Lightspeed wireless mouse worth RM129.
